We have been working in and around South London/Kent and Surrey borders for more years than we care to remember, and we believe, this speaks volumes for both our quality of work and reliability - please see our testimonials

WHO WE ARE

There are two directors and they are:

Ian Belsham

Ian has been a Builder for the last 40 years or so and over that time has worked in just about every facet of the building trade. Furthermore, he keeps on top of the ever changing building regulations along with the new EU regulations that have regularly come into force.

Bob Kirk

Bob is a qualified Accountant (Australia) and has been working in management in the UK for the last 25 years or so. During his time working as a Management Accountant over the years he has worked for a number of building companies and he has been able to bring to Treble B Building Services his organisational skills, so important in ensuring the smooth running of all jobs that are taken on.

We offer a wide range of building services from new build to refurbishment and loft conversions

DESIGN & BUILD

Our design and build service incorporates a number of experienced professionals, enabling us to offer you an extensive service, from an initial idea, through to preparing drawings, planning applications to completion. We will provide you with a Schedule of Works including price and all works will be fixed price and agreed before any works commence.

GENERAL BUILDING

All our trades we have used for many years and are well aware of our 8 main aims and continually strive to maintain them.. Their quality of work is a reflection of our business. Any works that are undertaken will always be managed and supervised on a daily basis. This ensures that in the event any problems that arise, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

REFURBISHMENT

Fully managed from start to finish. Any refurbishment or conversion can be a daunting task whether you are a first timer or an experienced developer. With these types of works, time and project management is a priority. We aim to deliver a continuity of work in order to complete any job within the expected timescale.
